Want to Sing with the Corpus Christi Chorale?
The Corpus Christi Chorale is made up of community members from across the Corpus Christi and surrounding areas who enjoy singing classical and contemporary choral works. New singers are welcome to join the Chorale at the beginning of each half of the season (August and January). If you are interested in joining Chorale, you are encouraged to attend a rehearsal prior to committing to formal membership.

Being a Chorale Member
When are rehearsals?
Rehearsals are held Tuesday nights from 7:30 – 9:30 PM at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (TAMU-CC) in the Center for the Arts building, Room 136. The concert year begins in mid-August and wraps up after the final Spring concert. For the 2023-2024 rehearsal schedule, check out our Members page.
Does it cost to be in the Chorale?
For the 2023-2024 concert year, singers' fees are $50.00 per semester, paid twice per year in August and in January. The fees cover the costs of music, materials, facility rentals, operations, and rehearsal accompanists.
When are performances?
We typically hold a fall concert in October, perform at the Corpus Christi Symphony Orchestra Holiday Concert held in December, and hold 1-2 spring concerts.
Is it fun being in Chorale?
Yes! But we suggest you come and see for yourself!
